'I'll always remember with fondness, the evenings when it's too hot for a proper cooked dinner, so instead, I get the bits out the fridge, crisps from the cupboard, and ice cream from the freezer, to enjoy, as an evening picnic in the back garden. The kids, fresh out the bath, in their summer PJ's and wet hair.'
